FPAC is delighted to announce our continued partnership with the kollectiv gallery with our free Writing for Performances Sessions.
Beginning February 2026, sessions will take place every other Sunday afternoon from 3pm to 5pm.These sessions are designed to help participants develop their playwriting skills while building confidence, fostering connection and supporting personal wellbeing.
The sessions aim to reduce social isolation through creative collaboration and shared artistic exploration.Open to anyone aged 18+, the programme welcomes writers of all experience levels. FPAC offers free theatre workshops to participants from diverse backgrounds, including students, local communities & those facing financial hardship. The goal is to remove barriers to theatre training and create an inclusive space where people of all skill levels can engage with various theatre forms, facilitated by experienced theatre practitioners.
Each session provides a supportive, collaborative environment where you can develop your craft, share work and work towards seeing your writing brought to life on stage at a new writing sharing in the Spring. At FPAC, one of our core values is accessibility.
Our vision is to offer the community meaningful opportunities to create and perform new dramatic work, in partnership with dedicated and supportive collaborators. Through cultural engagement and creative expression, we strive to nurture a stronger sense of belonging, confidence, and community connection.

Generously supported by the Kent Community Foundation & the Folkestone & Hythe District Council.
