From the United States, but having lived & worked in the United Kingdom for over 20 years, Matthew is an international theatre director, playwright and theatre for development facilitator, post-graduate with experience of creating, coordinating and implementing theatre projects in the United Kingdom, the United States, Bosnia, and East & Southern Africa. Will trained at the University of Kent, graduating in 2009 with a Masters in Drama and Theatre Studies, specialising in Theatrical Design and Scenography but with training in a range of areas including puppetry, popular performance and physical theatre. Georgina is a PhD candidate in Environmental Social Science at the University of Kent with an academic and career background in communications, the creative industries and social research. She has previously served as a district councillor for Hythe on Folkestone and Hythe District Council, and is particularly interested in social movement participation and community engagement.
