FPAC was represented in the recent Sustainable Futures Forum held at The Workshop in Folkestone recently. As part of it, we are pitching our programme of 'Art Informed Policy Development' to a variety of charities and local government departments as a way of uitiziling the the arts to progress environmental policy.

A Theory of Change is a method that explains how a given intervention, or set of interventions, can lead to a specific developmental change. Theatre can be a powerful tool in enacting such a theory by supporting behaviour change, systemic change and / or policy development.  This can be demonstrated by interactive ‘Forum Theatre’ and ‘Legislative Theatre’ processes.

SFF is a meeting place for such local local initiatives and networking opportunities. Their mission is to create spaces where local people, groups and businesses can find, develop and take action. For more information, please visit their website: https://sustainablefuturesforum.com/
