FPAC is pleased to announce our partnership with the wonderful Beton Colletive to collaborate on our Writing for Performance Playwrighting Workshops.  From June, we will be working with the Creative Writing team at the kollectiv gallery, 69 Old High Street, Folkestone.

We will develop playwrighting skills to build confidence, connections, enhance wellbeing & personal development and to combat social isolation.

For people aged 18+, the sessions offer opportunities to writers of all experience levels, led by an industry practitioner.  The goal is to develop your writing skills and to see your work on the stage.  The sessions prioritise a collaborative, open environment for sharing work and developing your craft.

One of FPAC’s core values is providing accessible training opportunities.  Our vision is to provide the community with opportunities to create and perform new dramatic work in partnership with a range of supportive collaborators.  Our ambition is to create positive change in the community, giving people a chance to develop a stronger sense of connection and belonging to their local environment and communities through cultural engagement and expression.
